SUBSCRIBER USER AGREEMENT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By pressing the accept button, the subscriber (you) agrees to pay the sum (inclusive of VAT) of £9.99 for one year’s access to THE SITE GUIDE (we) and accepts the terms and conditions listed hereunder.

1. We promote safe internet shopping and endeavour to maintain accurate and up to date information regarding all sites in our guide. Reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the validity of the data and reliability of the suppliers, however no responsibility can be accepted for any items purchased through these sites or from any loss or damage arising therefrom.

2. To lawfully enter into a contract with THE SITE GUIDE under English Law, you must hold a valid debit or credit card registered in your name. You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide is true and accurate in all respects. Any material changes to this information must be advised immediately by email. Information provided to us by our subscribers will be retained for our own purposes only and will not be passed on to any third party. The only exceptions will be where third parties perform functions on our behalf, for example credit / debit card validation and authorisation agencies. Such third parties may not use this information for any other purposes than that for which they are employed.

3. All content displayed on this site relating to THE SITE GUIDE COM is the property of The Site Guide Ltd and any such content may be displayed solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use THE SITE GUIDE for any other purpose. You also agree not to modify, reproduce or retransmit any such material without the written permission of The Site Guide Ltd.

4. This contract shall be concluded in English and this together with any future transactions with us shall be conducted under English Law.

5. All debit / credit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card subsequently refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delayed or refused access to our site.

6. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that you accept the terms and conditions of trading together with the terms of any privacy policies contained in any of the sites featured in the guide.

7. We welcome feedback on the service provided by us and on the sites which we feature. Any submissions made by you, including suggestions, ideas, feedback and inquiries are accepted on the understanding that you own or control the rights to your submission. You hereby grant us free and royalty free rights to use, modify, publish, assign, display or distribute such submissions in any way we consider appropriate. You warrant that any submissions made by you do not contain any software viruses or “spam”

8. We may use the information you have given us about yourself to tell you about promotions and special offers that may be of interest to you. We will communicate with you by either email or telephone. Please advise us by email if you wish to amend the box which you ticked when you submitted your personal details when entering into the subscriber agreement.

9. We provide links to other sites and in so doing we make you aware that we are not responsible for the privacy policies of these other sites.

10. You acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions, together with our privacy policy, constitute the complete and exclusive contract between us concerning your use of this site. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership or any other form of joint entity between us.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and we encourage you to revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you are at all times fully aware of our Terms and Conditions. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the site and continued use of the site constitutes your agreement to all such Term and Conditions.
