She is also a an independent online consultant with over 12 years experience in online retail, author of seven books about online shopping for consumers and founder of www.thesiteguide.com. Her two blogs are www.glamoursleuth.com for consumers and www.webhints.co.uk for retailers.  She has been interviewed on both national tv and radio and had an online shopping column in the Daily Mail.

Her consultancy service includes SEO, optimised content writing, trust building for retailers and social media advice with an overall goal of improving website conversion, plus website reviews and inclusion at www.thesiteguide.com.

Each retailer is reviewed individually and checked to make sure that they follow usability and best practise guidelines.  There are now over 2000 website reviews here over 14 categories.
