This is a really marvellous website created by those who really take their haggis seriously. As I'm married to a Scot and have been to Scotland many times I understand how important this dish is up North and I'm sure that there are many Scots elsewhere who will be delighted to find it here. You can order The Chieftan, described as 'The Haggis of all Haggis', Smoked Monarch, made from Venison, black and white pudding, fruit pudding and the famous Clootie Dumpling made with golden syrup, currants and sultanas. Definitely forget about the calories with that one.

Did you know that the Mexicans have been cooking with chiles / chillies for over 7000 years, and that they name their chillies lovingly according to their shape or taste. Ancho chiles (wide) are named because of their broad shoulders and has a sweet fruity flavour. Piquin chiles (little flea) are blisteringly hot and flea shaped. Chipotle chiles on the other hand are spicy jalapenos that have been smoked to a deep richness and Habanero chiles (from Havana) are deliciously fruity and viciously hot. On this website you can buy all these and more, including tortillas, Mexican oregano, chocolate plus their own range of sauces and salsas.

What's really special about this website, other than the friendly way in which it all comes across, is the amount of information given on every item it sells. That's not to say that there's too much, but everything is written by someone who obviously not only knows their products, but also enjoys using them. So. You'll find salt and pepper, a wide choice of mills, pestles and mortars plus herbs and spices, spice grinders, spice boxes and gift sets.
If you like your dishes to be spiced up and you like the unusual on your table then take a look at this site offering hot everything from sauces, salsas and 'pepperphernalia'. Try 'ass kickin' peach rum salsa' or 'crazy charlie marinade and stirfry'. Be warned, their 'mega death' sauce must be diluted. Don't even think of trying it without and don’t think it’ll be fun to play a trick on someone and get them to try this neat. It can burn your mouth. Seriously.
